Shipping Policy
Angel’s Toy Barn and Angel’s Teacher Supplies utilizes the US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS as our carriers. We also occasionally offer free shipping on certain orders to the continental United States. If and order qualifies for free shipping, Standard Ground shipment is used.
Orders are processed in the order received. Priority will be given to those orders with Expedited or Express shipping methods. Please note that some items are shipped directly from the manufacturers’ warehouses or our distribution center. Availability shown for these items is based on estimates given by the manufacturers and is not intended to be a guarantee by Angel’s Toy Barn or Angel’s Teacher Supplies of a shipment date. The “Shipping Method” is selected during the “Checkout” process on the shopping cart page. The estimated delivery time for each Shipping Method is shown.
International Orders
We currently only ship to the continental United States. Any orders made outside of the USA will result in an immediate order cancellation and refund. In addition, any order made in the United States and attempted or requested to be shipped overseas will be cancelled and issued a refund. No exceptions apply to this policy at this time.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping Charges - Most orders will ship via UPS. During the Checkout process you will see the UPS rate for your order. Your shipping rate is based on current UPS rates for your Ship To address and the items your ordered. We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S. When weight and/or (UPS Truck symbol) is indicated for an item, additional shipping charges may apply due to UPS size restrictions, some packages cost more to ship. Items with a freight truck symbol will incur additional shipping charges, please call or email us for a quote. We do offer Express Shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day or 3-Day Select).
Returns & Exchanges:
We hope our customers are satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we ask that you contact Angel’s Toy Barn within ten (10) days of receiving your order to resolve any problems with shipping or merchandise that you ordered. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you must contact us to arrange for exchange, credit or refund within ten (10) days of receipt of the product(s). All products must be returned in original and unopened condition along with the invoice within twenty-one (21) days for a refund or exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) may or may not be credited at the sole discretion of our Returns Department.
Please note that items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouses are returnable only if defective or damaged. Please contact us for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please remember to include the original shipping invoice with your return. We suggest all merchandise returns via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
